ISSUE
Municipal property remains largely underutilized or mismanaged, leading to low revenue, high maintenance costs, and poor documentation. The absence of a comprehensive utilization strategy and the lack of an organized asset registry result in further underperformance, missed income opportunities, and ultimately, reduced benefits for the community at large.
SOLUTIONS
We implement an Annual Plan for the Utilization of Municipal Real Estate and provide a specialized geoinformation system (GIS) platform for the management of municipal properties.
Result
The results include increased revenue, cost reduction, greater transparency, support for local development, resource savings, and enhanced municipal administrative capacity. These benefits lay the foundation for the sustainable development and effective use of municipal property—for the benefit of all citizens.
