ISSUE
Municipalities are required to develop new Operational Programs with a developmental dimension to meet current needs and challenges. The post-pandemic period, the climate crisis, demographic and social changes, as well as changes in the institutional framework—such as the abolition of municipal legal entities—necessitate a redefinition of priorities. Additionally, the new programming period 2021–2027 and European funding instruments demand targeted and realistic planning to make optimal use of available resources and effectively implement projects that will improve citizens’ daily lives and quality of living.
SOLUTIONS
With our expertise and experience in strategic and operational planning, we apply techniques and methods of statistical and spatial analysis to assess the current situation. We then support the Municipality in defining development goals and actions through the use of consultation tools, and ultimately connect these with funding instruments and the creation of a monitoring mechanism.
