New Year’s Day today. A day of celebration, a day that closes the cycle of the old year and the occasion to set sail for new horizons, with a ship that will lead us to the satisfaction of our individual goals and our collective expectations.

Taking stock of last year for the Lever family, I have to remember many moments, good, bad, easy, difficult, mild, with tension, as happens in every family. With all of us as protagonists! We achieved a lot!! We gave the opportunity through our work to help in our own way the society in which we live and grow. The older ones, through our work, gave the opportunity to new colleagues to come to us and together we can create other opportunities for the future. We could certainly do more, possibly in a different way. Let us all take stock, giving ourselves the opportunity to evolve and become wiser.

The new year will be special and unique. Different from last year. Having already set the bar high, effective effort and cooperation should be the goal for all of us. What we need to do is for everyone to put their own touch and their own tone of color, so that in the end the result will be of unique value! We don’t just need to give our best. We need to give our true selves and utilize the elements of our personality that will lead us forward! At the end of the journey, the result will give us joy!

If Lever is the pomegranate and all of us are the pomegranate seeds that symbolize abundance, good fortune, flow and strength, fertility and eternity, then next year on this day we will have more to say, bigger and happier!
