I am a Civil Engineer with a postgraduate specialization at the level of M.Sc. and a PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources Management. I have a strong background in flood control project studies with an emphasis on the integration of “nature-based solutions” in the management and reduction of flood risk both in Greece and abroad. I have approximately 30 years of experience in water resources management studies and projects with an emphasis on the sustainability of design in line with the EU Directives on water and flood risk management. I also have specialized experience in soil erosion and solid runoff issues due to my PhD thesis. With these skills and an interdisciplinary approach, I hope to contribute to the effectiveness of the company’s professional team. By providing high-quality services, we wish to contribute to social and economic development and environmental protection, facing the challenges at hand and with a view to achieving the goals set for 2030 and 2050.
